Portfolio Administrative Manager

Reporting to the Director, Emergency Management & Resilience, the Portfolio Manager will support the day-to-day effort on multiple strategic and tactical initiatives within the operations and resilience portfolio.

Included in their duties, the Portfolio Manager will be responsible for the management of the Welcome Desk service and associated guest services team.  Through this work, the Portfolio Manager will liaise with RRU finance, IT services, student services and the people and culture team to ensure all front-line transactional requirements are effectively delivered.  The Portfolio Manager role requires a strong understanding of the rationale behind business practices associated with the space and on-campus accommodation booking system.<...
