Summary You will serve as a Port Operations Installation Program Director in the Port Operations Division of NAVAL STATION EVERETT. Responsibilities You will participate in briefings and meetings to influence decision making. You will collect, maintain, analyze, and provide data for planning and reporting purposes. You will assign work based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of the employee. You will implement strategic and organizational performance assessment methodologies to improve the effectiveness and timeliness of work operations. You will create written documents (e.g., specifications, drawings, requirements, analysis, design reviews) to outline program recommendations for modifications or alterations.
