Polyclinics / Gov Medical Centre - Perm Senior/ Physiotherapist ##HJC

Job scope:

  • Assess patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
  • Conduct rehabilitation exercises and manual therapy sessions
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for holistic care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
