The Polish Multilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients while also assisting in additional languages as needed. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • The ideal candidate must possess fluency in both written and verbal communication in Polish.
  • The selected candidate will be assigned to a healthcare account.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Cainta, Rizal.
  • Available to start immediately.
