Job Description

This position will support the Logistics Management Division for the Office of Administration to draft and edit instructions, standard operating procedures, and other guidance, including organizing and formatting the information. This will consist of using agency websites, subject matter resources, and other resources, research issues related to policy.

**Responsibilities**

+ Researches, develops, plans, designs, and maintains policies and materials for the purpose of conveying messages.
+ Writes, edits, reviews, and oversees release of internal communication documentation, such as the intranet, newsletters, emails/memos, webcasts, presentations, and speeches.
+ Coordinates with marketing/external communications team to plan internal and external corporate events.
+ Takes part in development, improvement and/or implementation of new and existing communication avenues.
+ Requires moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline.
