Program Overview:

Our
PMS Application Support Internship Program
offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in managing user access, improving software documentation, and participating in Microsoft .NET web application development. As an intern, you will be directly involved in providing Level-1 user support, enhancing user guides, and collaborating with a senior team member on research and development initiatives. This role will give you a deep understanding of IT support processes and provide exposure to real-world application development.

Key Areas of Exposure:

Level-1 User Access Support:

• Assist in resolving basic user access issues for the MARIAN application. Help ensure users can log in and perform necessary tasks without interruptions.
