Roles and Responsibilities Job Details At the LTFS software delivery centre organization the PMO is in charge of creating procedures and best practices that will help operations - Go smoothly, Complete on time, Result in quality deliverables. His/her focus is on the successful completion of projects and monitoring the impact and effectiveness of the procedures they outline. The PMO is constantly looking for ways to - Enhance project execution & Increase efficiency.A delivery PMO isthere to ensure that a project is delivered in line with the strategic goals of SDC @LTFS. This can mean identifying ways to adapt projects as they work through their plan and revising the targets as the lifecycle develops.PMO will work closely with the Business Head for the Software Delivery Centre.
