Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and implementation of Real Estate Project Operation Strategy and plan, to ensure that the project is carried out smoothly in accordance with the plan.
• Responsible for coordinating all functional departments and related units, including design, construction, supervision, etc., to ensure that the project is completed in accordance with the plan.
• Responsible for monitoring the progress of the project, timely detection of problems, and making adjustments to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
