About the role

As a PMO Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership in developing, implementing and maintaining essential governance and project management frameworks, standards and processes relating to portfolio of IT projects delivered by Regulatory Tower.

A PMO Lead works with geographically distributed teams and operates at portfolio level, reporting to the Manager of Regulatory Portfolio and Risk Management division.

How you will get the job done

standardising and maintaining the quality of reporting,

supporting the PMO teams within the portfolio, implementating best practices

automating and simplificating the processes where possible

responding to portfolio needs - building new administrative solutions

setting up a programme/project administration structure from scratch, e.g. creation of distribution lists, SP structure, communication channels
