PMO Manager

Key Responsibilities - Own the Applications resource master, skills matrix, allocation register, bench view, leave visibility and 4/8/12-week release forecast. - Run the weekly Resource Council to match demand against available internal, offshore, bench, vendor or hiring capacity. - Track open resource demand from approved projects, high-probability pipeline, red-project recovery, service requests and capability initiatives. - Identify over-allocation, resource conflicts, last-minute assignment risks, long-tenured resource risks and critical SME backup gaps. - Work with Practice Leads to maintain current skill, proficiency, certification, domain and SME information. - Work with Deal Assurance to provide capacity confidence before proposal submission or delivery commitment. - Coordinate sourcing paths including internal redeployment, offshore capacity, vendor resources, contractors or hiring requests. - Provide capacity gap insights to Portfolio and Performance and capability build sign...
