Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple programs and projects within the assigned portfolio.
Define program scope,objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop integrated program plans, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and drive resolution of escalations.
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, including SOP98 and SOX requirements.
