PMO Lead

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestone trackers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time project delivery.
• Manage CAPEX projects including equipment installation and facility expansion.
• Drive new product transfer (NPI/NPT) projects into manufacturing operations.
• Monitor project budgets, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Prepare executive project status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders for project activities.
• Support Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives within projects.
• Ensure proper project documentation, governance compliance, and action‑item follow‑up.
