Overview

PMO Engineer — Reports to: Regional PMO Lead
Career Stream: PMO Operational / Early Career Project Controls
Role Purpose: Provide core PMO support across project reporting, planning assistance, risk/change tracking, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain dashboards, project reporting packs, and KPIs.
• Support project handover, kick-off and setup.
• Support schedules, forecasting, and progress tracking.
• Maintain risk, issue, and change registers.
• Assist with mobilisation, documentation, and readiness.
• Ensure consistency of PMO systems and templates.
• Support close-out and lessons learned.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a PMO, project controls, project engineering, or project support role.
• Exposure to construction, engineering, infrastructure, or major project environments.
