• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in PMO, practice operations within the IT services industry.
• Extensive experience in building PowerPoint presentations
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in building effective presentations
• Be a SPOC for the delivery leader to collect, compile and report the required data points
• Should be able to understand the basics of software projects
• Familiar with SDLC and software methodologies
• Should be able to derive the metrics and come up with program review presentations
• Good knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word
