The PMO Administrator is responsible to work within centralized PMO atmosphere and liaising with the teams across different regions to provide overall PMO administration support with respect to Project systems, Project set-up requests, resource allocation, project manager assignment, timesheet administration and reporting across the Equiniti Group.

Business Functions

The Group Project Management Office (GPMO) act as the guardian of Governance and Information Hub for all the change and commercial initiatives at EQ. The objectives of the team is aligned under PMO Operating Model as outlined below to provide support and guidance to colleagues on EQ Governance that includes Investment Forum, Sales & Bid Committee, Product Forums and Technology Forums.
