The PMO Admin Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Project Management Office. This role ensures efficient documentation, reporting, coordination, and tracking of project-related activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PMO team and Project Managers
- Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and reports
- Assist in preparing project presentations, status reports, and dashboards
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on deliverables as needed
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items
- Perform accurate data entry and ensure proper filing of project documents
