PMD Fitter

Job Description

• The PMD Fitter is responsible for the preventive and routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and machinery within the facility.
• This role involves conducting regular inspections, identifying and fixing mechanical issues, and ensuring equipment reliability to support uninterrupted production.
• The PMD Fitter will also work closely with the maintenance team to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols.

Requirements

Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and part replacements to reduce equipment downtime.

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment; carry out repairs or adjustments as needed.
