PMC Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Resolve personnel-related issues in the production area to ensure smooth mass production.
• Promptly report defects and defect rates; seek technical support for abnormalities.
• Complete and submit shift records as required; ensure documentation is timely, neat, and accurate; conduct thorough shift handovers.
• Assist engineers in optimizing auxiliary material usage and promoting cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain daily 5S in the production area.
• Conduct team-level safety and 5S training for employees.
• Adhere to safety protocols and equipment operating procedures; no unauthorized operations.
• Strictly follow factory rules and regulations; complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility; promptly correct process violations and guide proper operations.
• Other duties assigned by supervisors.
