Summary
As a PM process expert at DEME you are responsible for developing and implementing Project Management Methods, Procedures and Processes across the organization through all project phases, from tender to project closing. For this you will need to closely collaborate with other process owners and with the entire community of tender and project managers. You will be part of the project management office team that has as mission to continuously improve the PM capability at the company.
Develop and implement the PM processes, manuals and procedures, across all project phases and knowledge areas.
Develop and maintain the PM tools such as templates, checklists, dashboards and reports, in collaboration with the PM system owners.
