We are currently seeking a PM_BSA to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
• Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to understand IOT data requirements.
• Document current-state data flows.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for:
• Create and maintain source-to-target mappings (STMs) and data dictionaries for key subject areas.
• Support prioritization of scope and features based on business value and technical dependencies.
• Act as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional squads (onshore/offshore).
• Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies:
o Sprint planning
o Daily stand-ups
o Backlog refinement
o Sprint reviews
