PM - AI Chatbot

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong track record delivering AI-enabled solutions, including AI chatbot rollouts for operational help desks and AI-driven automation and optimisation of website content.

This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, operations teams, and external AI consultants/vendors to design, deliver, and embed practical AI solutions that improve customer and employee experience.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically inclined, commercially aware, and an excellent communicator who can bridge business needs and technical delivery.
