About the Role

An established and growing plumbing business in Melbourne's northern suburbs is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a former plumber who understands the day-to-day demands of the industry and is looking to transition into an office-based position. You'll play a key role in coordinating technicians, managing daily schedules, and ensuring jobs run efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily maintenance and service jobs for plumbing technicians.
• Manage incoming service requests and allocate work based on technician availability, location and skill set.
• Liaise with customers and field staff to provide updates, resolve scheduling issues and ensure a high level of service.
