Plumbing & Heating Manager (FT)

Responsibilities

• Operation and financial oversight of Plumbing & Heating department.
• Oversee all Journeypersons, apprentices, and office staff, including scheduling, job assignments, and onsite supervision.
• Ensure all administrative work is complete in a timely and accurate manner. These duties include job tracking, purchase orders, warranty claims, billing, etc.
• Responsible for inventory and fleet management.
• Support business growth by cultivating existing customers and developing new business opportunities within the Plumbing & Heating department.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
