Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Plumbing Maintenance

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee plumbing maintenance operations at JGU. The role focuses on operational maintenance rather than installation and requires strong technical expertise, particularly in mechanical systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance of water lifting pumps, hot water systems, swimming pools, hydro-pneumatic systems, and all toilet facilities.
  • Oversee the functioning of smoke detectors, fire alarm panels, jockey pumps, hydrant & sprinkler systems.
  • Inspect and ensure the quality of incoming materials, and execute maintenance plans as per approved standards.
