Reactive Plumbing Engineer

Location: Hemel Hempstead
Hours: 40 hours per week (rota system)
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 DOE, plus on‑call & overtime (additional 5-6k per annum)

Metro Plumb is a national plumbing business with over 40 local depots across the UK. We provide a full “water in, waste out” service, and work alongside sister companies to deliver plumbing, drainage, pump and FOG solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems (toilets, taps, valves, pipework, radiators, heating systems, etc.) for domestic and commercial customers.
  • Respond primarily to emergency jobs relating to installations, leaks and other urgent issues.
  • Maintain a high customer experience rating and uphold high quality workmanship.
