This role involves developing, coordinating, and maintaining detailed BIM models for plumbing systems across commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing layout, Revit modeling, and multi-trade coordination, ensuring that designs are both constructible and code-compliant from conception through installation.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and manage detailed plumbing system BIM models using Revit for commercial and industrial projects.
+ Coordinate plumbing systems with mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural models.
+ Perform clash detection and coordination using various tools.
+ Maintain model accuracy throughout all project phases, from design through to as-built.
