Responsibilities

• Performing routine plumbing maintenance and repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
• Maintaining the cooperative's gardens and outdoor spaces, including mowing, trimming, and weeding
• Monitoring and managing the irrigation system to ensure optimal water usage
• Assisting with minor building maintenance tasks as needed
• Reporting any issues or concerns to the facilities management team
• Ensuring a safe and clean work environment for all employees and visitors

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in plumbing and gardening/landscaping, preferably in a commercial or institutional setting
