Job Title: Plumber Multi Trader Location: Swindon (and surrounding areas) Salary: £50,000 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Swindon and the surrounding areas. This is a mobile role covering Swindon, Salisbury, Gloucester, Witney, Banbury and Bicester, therefore candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day. Key Responsibilities Carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works within occupied residential properties. Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic plumbing systems including taps, toilets, showers, sinks, pipework and drainage systems. Completing plumbing installations and replacements as required.
