I am currently recruiting for an excellent Plumber opportunity working for a reactive maintenance team.
Plumber – Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing)
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Plumber to join a Reactive Maintenance team, working across the area's social housing properties.
The Role
Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
Repair and maintain occupied properties
Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Proven reactive maintenance experience, in social housing
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
Ability to work independently in a reactive environment
Good customer service and communication skills
Full UK driving license
What We Offer
40-hour working week
8-4 working time
Paid hour lunch break
