Mattel Latin America seeks an experienced Manager to lead the Future State PLM transformation initiative. You will assess current PLM processes, gather cross-functional requirements, and define the roadmap for a scalable PLM ecosystem, aligning with enterprise objectives across the product lifecycle in a CPG context.

The role requires on-site work four days a week in Hyderabad, coordinating with global teams in US EST time zone to ensure timely delivery and governance of the transformation
