Job Description

Lead PLM initiatives across Design Engineering and R&D projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Manage and implement PTC Windchill PLM, Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA, and SAP PLM / S4 solutions.

Drive digital transformation in PLM processes, including BOM management and innovation workflows.

Provide functional consulting and solution architecture for PLM implementations.

Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to optimize product design and development processes.

Guide teams on PLM best practices, process standardization, and tool adoption.

Support change management and training for PLM solutions across the organization.

Ensure timely delivery of PLM projects and maintain high-quality standards in implementations.
