PLM Change Lead

Role Summary: The Change Lead will be part of the PLM Transformation Programme and will be responsible for driving organisational change, communication, training, and stakeholder readiness for PLM transformation. This role ensures that impacted engineering, manufacturing, program, and governance teams adopt new processes, tools and ways of working introduced under the PLM transformation roadmap. The individual will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, PLM Governance, Engineering teams, and programme stakeholders to ensure successful early-life support, smooth cutovers, and controlled transitions across environments.
