JOB DETAILS /DESCRIPTION
Responsible for programming, configuring, and maintaining Schneider Electric PLCs, drives, and servo systems in industrial automation projects.
Key Skills:
Key Responsibilities
- PLC programming using Eco Struxure Control Expert (Unity Pro) and Eco Struxure Machine Expert,
- Experience with Schneider PLCs: TM200, TM221, TM241, M340, M580,
- Servo motor and drive configuration, tuning, and commissioning (Lexium series)
- HMI development using Vijeo Designer / Operator Terminal Expert/ VJ Basic
- SCADA configuration using Citect SCADA / EcoStruxure/ Aveva Edge
- VFD setup (ATV series), troubleshooting, FAT/SAT, site commissioning
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA
- Ability to read electrical drawings & P&IDs
