Join a leading organization specializing in the manufacturing of magnetic components, including high-performance RF chip inductors, power magnetics, and filters. We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to work in our custom machine build department.
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLC programs to ensure machines cycle correctly.
+ Download parameter files into servo drives and troubleshoot wiring errors, servo systems, and sensors.
+ Program various servo motors and monitor the PLC program in real time to address issues related to air line plumbing, wiring, and machine settings.
+ Collaborate with mechanical builders to ensure seamless integration of control systems.
+ Utilize Microsoft Office products and CAD software for documentation and design purposes.
