Responsibilities

  • Commission and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems at customer sites
  • Perform startup, testing, validation, and debugging of industrial machines and equipment
  • Modify and support PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs as required
  • Work with electrical, controls, and mechanical teams during installation and commissioning
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues during FAT and SAT activities
  • Support I/O checks, loop checks, and field device integration
  • Ensure systems meet customer specifications and safety standards
  • Provide technical documentation and commissioning reports
  • Travel to client locations for installation and support activities
