• Program and commission PLC and SCADA, adapting machine functionality to project specifications.
• Resolve and diagnose system faults in factory and at customer sites.
• Provide remote technical support for global install base.
• Support FAT and CAT testing.
• Lead start‑ups at customer sites, debug all machine functionalities.
• Provide customer training.
• Generate manuals and technical documentation.
• Inform management on technical status of projects.
• Report incident resolutions to build a database for future reference.
