About the Role
Player Support at TREAT acts as the first line of defense for live issues in production, primarily through player emails.
Your responsibility is to detect problems early, investigate them inside the app, and escalate risks before they impact many players.
This role is email-based and requires clear written judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to act proacrively.
