Forest Greens Golf Club in Triangle, VA is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Player Development Professional. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization.


Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business Administration, Education, Recreation Management, Youth Development, or other related field preferred.
  • Experience in teaching, coaching, or a passion for inspiring young people is preferred.
  • PGA/LPGA Professional or Associate preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including late afternoons, evenings, Saturdays, as well as summer.
  • Effective and proactive team communication, facilitation, problem solving, and decision making.
