*Job Overview *

The position is to develop and manage production operation to maintain productive application of resources including safety, personnel, equipment, efficiency, material availability and to achieve goals and targets, quality & delivery in every shift 
Promote and establishes activities to comply with company's standards and policies.

*Job Requirements *

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring various machines and equipment used in the production process.
• Self inspection and basic Quality confirmations.
• Have good moral character.

*What your background should look like *

• At least 2 years of college education or Diploma Vocational
• 1+ years' experience as Production Operator
• Experience in manufacturing process
• Basic quality and chemical knowledge
• Should have knowledge on reading & understanding the basic drawings
