Job Description
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT Operations, DevOps, or Platform Administration
- Strong experience with Azure, CI/CD workflows, and container technologies
- Familiar with IAM concepts (service principals, RBAC, OAuth, SSO, SCIM, Identity Governance)
- Experience in managing enterprise tool licensing, compliance, and lifecycle
- Experience with governance frameworks and operational standards (ITIL, ISO27001)
- Understanding of automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Hands-on knowledge of ITIL-based operational processes
- Strong focus on reliability, security, and operatis
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive root-cause fixes and continuous improvement
