Job Description
The Business Development department is responsible for identifying growth opportunities for the company and plays a pivotal role in executing the company’s strategy and growth Growth occurs organically (e.g., regional or platform expansion, IP collaboration) and non-organically through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), publishing, or other external partnerships that support the business. The department monitors industry benchmarks and trends, providing executives with valuable insight. It establishes and maintains platform partnerships for internal studios, supporting their business development and growth projects.
