Roles & Responsibilities:-


  • Support and maintain IT infrastructure, platforms, and systems to ensure high availability
  • Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability; perform routine health checks
  • Manage servers, operating systems, virtualization, and cloud environments
  • Handle incident, problem, and change management activities
  • Perform system patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
  • Support deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of infrastructure components
