This is not a call-center role . The position involves hands‑on work with internal systems, dashboards, and structured operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain platform content using internal tools and dashboards
- Handle incoming operational and content‑related requests
- Ensure timely updates, additions, and accuracy across the platform
- Monitor ongoing workflows and platform status
- Respond to support queries via internal messaging systems
