We are looking for a Platform Operations & Customer Support Executive to support day-to-day platform operations, manage digital content workflows, and handle incoming requests through internal communication channels.

This is not a call-center role . The position involves hands‑on work with internal systems, dashboards, and structured operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain platform content using internal tools and dashboards
  • Handle incoming operational and content‑related requests
  • Ensure timely updates, additions, and accuracy across the platform
  • Monitor ongoing workflows and platform status
  • Respond to support queries via internal messaging systems
  • Coordinate content updates, fixes, and routine maintenance
