Job Overview

We are hiring a Platform IT Operations professional for a Forex / CFD trading platform, responsible for ensuring system stability, security, and smooth daily operations across trading and backend systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily operations and stability of the trading platform backend, including:
  • Trading systems (MT4 / MT5 / proprietary platforms)
  • CRM, client management, and IB systems
  • Payment, risk control, and data integration systems
  • Monitor servers, networks, databases, and trading services
  • Troubleshoot system incidents such as trading errors, latency, disconnections, and outages
  • Assist technical teams with system upgrades, releases, and patch management
  • Manage platform accounts, access control, logs, and IP whitelisting
