- Lead and manage process engineering team
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, EE or its equivalents with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in system development.

- Leadership capabilities to manage a virtual team
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
