Job Description

  • Design, implement, and operate features of the Kubernetes platform to enhance developer experience
  • Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting continuous delivery and automation
  • Automate manual processes and contribute to system and container hardening
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructures, primarily in Microsoft Azure
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate modern DevOps practices
  • Support the implementation of cloud-native strategies across environments
  • Grow into or take on the role of Team Lead within the platform engineering team
  • Degree in IT or related field or adequate experience
  • Fluent in German, English and Polish
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure
  • Practical experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) management
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Loki, Prometheus, and Grafana
