We are looking for an engineer who enjoys voice, telephony, and contact center platforms. Some candidates will have deeper experience with Microsoft Teams Voice. Others may come from a Genesys Cloud background. Either starting point is welcome. We will support your growth across the full voice ecosystem, including Ribbon SBC policy and routing, carrier connectivity, and cloud modernization.
