Role Summary

We are seeking a hands‑on Platform Infrastructure Engineer to support the operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise container platforms and shared infrastructure services. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of mission‑critical platforms supporting enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Day 2 operations for container platforms, middleware, databases, and shared infrastructure services.
  • Install, configure, patch, and maintain Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Podman, and enterprise COTS products.
  • Support and administer platforms including MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Apache, NGINX, IBM MQ, Kafka, ArcGIS, and Keycloak.
  • Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and optimise platform performance.
