The Role
As part of our Agile team, you will work directly with customers to resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and contribute to projects that evolve alongside the industry. This position will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to ensure service availability and suggesting improvements. Due to the critical nature of the infrastructure and network, the team operates a 24/7 “Follow the Sun” shift rotation.
