Overview

We're hiring a hands‑on Platform / Dev Ops Engineer to join a small, high‑impact platform. This is a boots‑on‑the‑ground execution role — not advisory — focused on building, operating, and improving the infrastructure and tooling that enables 100–150 engineers to ship code efficiently and reliably. You’ll work closely with a lean team (Principal + Senior Engineers) and play a critical role in day‑to‑day platform operations, automation, and developer enablement.
